The challenge
Deliver sweeping curved feature walls for a Mirvac commercial development, at commercial scale and on a live construction site.
The solution
We printed the curved ContourCrete walls with the OPUS gantry against an Indigenous-art precast backdrop, working alongside builder Richard Crookes Constructions.
Printing & technology
The walls went up over 4 days of print time, using around 25 tonnes of ContourCrete, printed in place and finished with an embossed Contour3D mark on a sandstone base.
Delivery & results
Delivered for Mirvac: a commercial project in public and commercial use, demonstrating commercial-scale 3D printing on a live site.
