The challenge
Deliver a one-bedroom home in Gymea Bay for a client who had planned a kit home, and prove printing could give them a faster, more design-free alternative that still earns a full occupation certificate.
The solution
We printed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and living over 4 days, with 14 hours of active printing across two of those days. A Versiclad roof and walls insulated with polyurethane foam keep it warm and quiet, without the hard echo of bare concrete.

24 tonnes of ContourCrete formed the home's structural walls, designed with Group Architects.
