Housing programmes are not all delivered the same way.
We assess scale, repetition, site access and timeframe, then recommend
the right mix of on-site printing and factory production, including
both across one programme where that is the right answer.
On-site housing delivery
Print directly on the slab.
For housing projects where printing in place is the right fit, OPUS prints structural walls directly on site.
It is the model behind the housing we have delivered to date.

Every programme runs through structural design and the relevant
certification pathway before a wall is printed.
Dubbo Regional Council approved the Dubbo development application
in July 2024, and the Gymea home was the first 3D printed home in
Australia to earn a full occupation certificate.
