The challenge
Deliver Victoria's first 3D printed social housing: two three bedroom homes in Norlane, Geelong, for Homes Victoria.
The solution
We printed the concrete walls for both homes, delivered with builder Hamlan Homes.
Printing & technology
The walls went up over 15 days of print time, using around 65 tonnes of ContourCrete at around 40% recycled content.
Delivery & results
The finished homes reach an 8.5 star NatHERS rating, so they cost less to run and hold their temperature better than a conventional build.
