The challenge
Deliver a durable, distinctive public amenities block for Cooper Street, Engadine, built to hold up to daily public use, not a display piece.
The solution
We printed curved, ribbed ContourCrete walls beneath a round cantilevered roof, finished with warm timber doors, delivered for Sutherland Shire Council with builder Relyon.
Printing & technology
The walls went up over 10 days of print time, using around 30 tonnes of ContourCrete.
Delivery & results
The building is in daily public use: real civic infrastructure showing what fast, durable, distinctive 3D printed construction can deliver for councils.
